shopping experience. Our shipping and returns policies are designed to ensure transparency
and customer satisfaction. Since we fulfill orders through Printful, a third-party vendor, please
review the following guidelines regarding order processing, shipping, and returns.

Shipping Policy


Order Processing
● All orders are processed and fulfilled by Printful, our trusted third-party printing and
shipping partner.
● Please allow 2–7 business days for order fulfillment before shipment. Processing times
vary depending on product availability and production demands.
Shipping Times & Rates
● Shipping times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated
shipping times:
○ USA: 3–7 business days
○ Canada: 5–12 business days
○ International: 10–20 business days
● Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking & Delivery
● Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
● If you experience shipping delays or issues, please contact us, and we will assist in
resolving the matter with Printful.

Returns & Refunds
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
● If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days
of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
● We will work with Printful to either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a
refund.

● Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for
buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

● Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing an order.


Lost or Delayed Orders


● If your order is lost in transit, Printful will investigate the issue. If the package is deemed
lost, we will either resend the order or issue a refund.
● If tracking shows a package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with
your local carrier or neighbors. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for stolen
packages.
